Gloucester, MA Gloucester, MA Full-time Full-time $18 - $25 an hour $18 - $25 an hour We are seeking energetic, outgoing; reliable Cafe & Bakery Manager who is passionate about organic and local food, scratch made pastries and hot food service, as well as customer service.
This is a hands on supervisory role of our Cafe and Bakery department.
The ideal candidate will lead and operate our cafe and bakery program while motivating and providing cafe and bakery staff with the tools required to ensure the highest level of service quality and consistency possible to the Common Crow shopper.
The Cafe & Bakery Manager will work alongside the Kitchen Manager to meet all department objectives and goals.
Requirements:
excellent customer service skills and a passion for food service food safety and barista experience or training 2-5 years of food service experience from a restaurant or related business 2 years in a lead position developing and refining supervisory and management skills flexible schedule including availability early morning, nights and weekends great attitude, love to do everything well, fast paced, team player willingness to keep our store clean and beautiful excited to join the adventure of creating goodness in a fast growing store passion for organic and natural foods reliable, consistent, and ready to grow Common Crow Natural Market is an independent organic and natural foods grocery store in Gloucester MA.
