Job Description:
Primary responsibilities is to perform basic accounting and clerical functions to support daily tasks. Research, track, and resolve accounting problems. Compile and sort invoices and checks.
Task/ Responsibilities:
Responsible for A/R
Responsible for A/P
Qualifications:
Comprehension and understanding of basic accounting principals
Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
Computer software knowledge helpful to run databases, pay bills and accoun.
Must possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and be detail oriented; must have values which support our companies values and a healthy, high performance culture

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
