POSITION OVERVIEW
WHAT IS THIS POSITION AND WHAT DOES AN IDEAL CANDIDATE LOOK LIKE?
As a Contact Center Representative you will handle blended inbound and outbound phone, chat, and e-mail interactions on behalf of one to three different clients. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate positive customer interactions across all communication mediums. Candidates should be highly professional and have excellent oral and written communication skills. We are looking for reliable team members that are willing to learn on the job every day.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT DOES A CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE REPRESENTATIVE DO EVERY DAY?
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and making outbound sales inquiries using state-of-the-art contact center technology and customer experience methodology. As a highly trained expert on products, technology, and business process you will work on behalf of some of the most recognized brands in the world. This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week across the country to resolve support issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best in class customer experience. In addition to being an all-around great asset to the team, our entry level sales representatives are responsible for the following tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide support to customers, handle inquiries, provide resolutions
  • Maintain existing client relationships by providing exemplary customer service, program knowledge, empathy and professionalism.
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must a have the ability to learn customer service software applications
  • Must be proficient with basic PC skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly Reliable
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • High School Graduate (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in retail, bartending, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, hospitality, customer service, food service, or office/administrative roles is a plus, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
