Position Summary:
The HousekeepingService Associate provides services as part of the patient care team. Primary responsibilities include daily upkeep and environmental care of the patient care areas, support areas and corridors as assigned
Scheduled Hours
40 hour per week, night shift. Every other weekend & holiday required.

This individual cleans and maintains floors, carpets and hard surfaces in the facility
General Responsibilities:
Maintains floor surfaces and stairwells, including, but not limited to the following:
-Sweeps, mops, buffs, polishes, scrubs, strips and refinishes hard?surface floors using heavy equipment
-Vacuums, spot cleans and extracts carpeted floor surfaces
-Notifies supervisor concerning any need for any maintenance repairs or additions observed.
-Performs routine operational maintenance of cleaning equipment per manufacturer specifications.
- May clean furniture.
- May empty trash, linen, and garbage containers.
-May handle hazardous waste in accordance with government regulations .
- May wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding.
- May assist in training other employees.
-Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
-Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
-May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
-May assist in inventorying floor care products.
High School Graduate or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write, and understand English or in process.
Must be able to lift and push heavy objects. Able to work independently and responsible for quality of own work. Must remain flexible in response to change.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
